Managing multiple processes has been challenging as each is managed independently, making it difficult to have an overall understanding. Each process was advanced based on the individual operator's judgment, leading to a lack of consistency in work and inspection records. Additionally, since work results and inspection records were managed on paper, the reliability of the data was low, and there were instances of missing entries. This system centralizes the management of work and inspection records across multiple processes in a production environment, achieving traceability of operations.
